Jeff Doigg is the owner of Doiggs Restoration, a family-run property restoration company built on hard work, compassion, and a commitment to helping others during difficult times. Working alongside his two sons and a dedicated team, Jeff continues the legacy started by his parents, Stan and Cathey, who founded the business in 1997. What began as a small family operation has grown under Jeff’s leadership into a full-service restoration company focused on restoring both properties and peace of mind for clients facing unexpected challenges. Jeff takes pride in the relationships he builds with customers and finds fulfillment in helping families and businesses get back to normal as quickly as possible. His hands-on approach, industry experience, and genuine care for people have helped shape the company’s reputation for dependable service and trusted support. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors, appreciating nature, and making memories with his six grandchildren and the people he is closest to.

Cole Doigg serves in Business Development for Doiggs Restoration, bringing extensive industry experience, leadership, and a passion for serving people. Holding a Triple Master Certification along with a Mold Remediation Contractor License, Cole has built his knowledge from the ground up by working through nearly every aspect of the restoration business. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of the industry allow him to connect with customers, partners, and team members with both professionalism and authenticity.

Outside of work, Cole is deeply involved in his church and local community, dedicating much of his time to serving and helping others. A devoted husband and proud father of three, he values faith, family, and the opportunity to invest in the lives of his children by coaching their sports teams and supporting them in all they do. Cole also enjoys the peace and simplicity of the outdoors whenever he can find time away from work. Known for his approachable personality, servant leadership, and genuine care for people, Cole strives to make a positive impact both professionally and personally.

Clay Doigg serves as the Operations Director for Doiggs and the Rebuild Manager for Bluedog Construction, where he is known for his leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to helping homeowners navigate the challenges of property restoration and insurance claims. With years of hands-on experience, Clay works closely with families throughout the rebuilding process, providing guidance, clear communication, and dependable support from start to finish.

Beyond his professional life, Clay is deeply rooted in his faith and actively involved in his local church and community. A devoted husband and father of three, he values family above all else and enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams while also spending time on the softball field with friends. When he’s not working or supporting his family, Clay enjoys hunting, the outdoors, and cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys & Stars. Known for his calm demeanor, Clay brings dedication and heart into every aspect of his life.

Matt J. serves as the Mitigation Manager at Doiggs Restoration, where he oversees projects involving water, fire, and mold damage. With extensive industry knowledge and a Mold Remediation License, Matt brings a highly diverse skill set and hands-on leadership approach to every job. Known for his ability to stay calm under pressure, he thrives in emergency situations and is committed to helping clients navigate challenging circumstances with confidence and care. Matt takes pride in leading restoration projects efficiently and ensuring homes and businesses are restored as quickly and safely as possible. His strong work ethic and dedication to customer service make him a valuable part of the Doiggs Restoration team. Outside of work, Matt is a devoted husband and father of three. He enjoys attending sporting events, staying active, and spending time with friends and coworkers on the company softball team.

Michelle has been a valued Office Assistant at Doiggs for nearly 10 years, bringing dedication, organization, and a welcoming spirit to the team each day. Known for her reliability and positive attitude, she plays an important role in helping the office run smoothly while supporting both coworkers and customers with care and professionalism. Outside of work, Michelle treasures spending time with her husband of 37 years and their seven grandchildren. Family is at the center of her life, and she enjoys making lasting memories with those she loves most. In her free time, Michelle enjoys cooking, gardening, walking, and staying active. Her kind heart, and servant-minded nature make her a blessing both in the workplace and beyond.

Collin is a dedicated mitigation technician known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to helping families and businesses recover during challenging times. With a passion for serving others, Collin takes pride in restoring properties and providing peace of mind to those affected by water, fire, and storm damage.

Outside of work, Collin is a devoted family man who spends much of his time supporting his children in their sports activities and encouraging them both on and off the field. His faith and community are also central to his life, as he remains actively involved in his local church through service, fellowship, and outreach. Whether at work, at home, or in the community, Collin is recognized for his integrity, reliability, and heart for helping others.

Darrell has been a dedicated mitigation technician at Doiggs since 2023, bringing decades of hands-on industry experience to every project he takes on. Known for being dependable, hardworking, and charismatic, Darrell consistently delivers exceptional service while building strong relationships with both clients and coworkers. Outside of work, Darrell is passionate about spending quality time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and camping. A true sportsman, he loves all sports and appreciates the teamwork, discipline, and camaraderie they bring. Most importantly, Darrell’s faith and love for the Gospel of Jesus Christ remain at the center of his life and values.

Jackson serves as an Emergency Mitigation Technician at Doiggs, where he is known for his strong ability to work well with others, and commitment to helping families during difficult times. With a passion for serving others, Jackson approaches every job with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Jackson is a devoted husband and proud young father who values faith and family above all else. He is actively involved in his church as a youth leader and is currently training for evangelistic pastoring, with a heart for ministry and guiding others in their walk with Christ. In his free time, Jackson enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, activities that allow him to relax and connect with nature.

Caleb wears many hats at Doiggs, contributing across multiple facets of the company with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset. While balancing his professional responsibilities, he is actively pursuing his goal of attending nursing school and building a future in healthcare. Outside of work, Caleb is passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where he values discipline and continuous growth, and enjoys working on cars in his spare time. His drive, versatility, and dedication make him an asset both professionally and personally.
